Frank Berkers
My expertise is on design approaches for business models and decision-making for business models and innovations involving multiple organizations. This time of major changes, especially in business, requires good and reliable support for collaboration, e.g., Value Case Methodology and Collaborative Business Modelling and Orchestrating Innovation.

Research area
As lead for the ‘Purpose Economy’ theme, I focus on establishing and increasing ‘collectivism’ for and among business organizations. Collectives (networks, alliances,..) allow for implementing and
scaling alternatives to market transactions. This is necessary for system change, however approaches to support this are lacking.
