Jaap van Hal
Functie:
Senior consultant and Innovation manager Biorefinery
I coordinate the development of credible biorefinery processes aimed at total biomass utilization producing fuels, chemicals and biomaterials. I achieve this by combining and connecting required expertise’s, experts, suppliers and end-users to form the entire value chain. Circularity is achieved by depolymerising the materials back to their building blocks.
Key Expertise’s
Seaweed (macro-algae) and micro-algae fractionation and conversion
Lignocellulosic fractionation and conversion
Technology assessment
End of life (bio)materials options
Petro-chemical production processes
