Norman Egter van Wissekerke is Programme Manager of the healthcare construction team at TNO. You can come to me and our team with questions about optimizing performance and managing your building stock and technical installations. We are also actively engaged in developing concepts, information, and knowledge related to the sustainability of healthcare facilities.
Additionally, we provide advice on and conduct research into risk-based design (Contamination control) and performance-based maintenance. We take pride in addressing these matters both at the building level and at a strategic and policy level, with a focus on the interaction between the building and the processes occurring within it.
