Vera Rovers

I evaluate the effectiveness of measures and policies related to the energy transition, climate adaptation and circular resource use in the built environment. This includes developing and performing integrated assessments to analyse all of the impacts and co-benefits of these measures on various disciplines. In doing so I intend to provide decision makers with well-founded and complete information to enable them to develop optimal strategies and avoid unintentional consequences.
