As a trainee at TNO, you can explore in two years what suits you best. Do you want to try a new field of expertise? You can. Start off as a researcher, then become a project manager, or maybe a consultant? Whatever role you choose, as a time setter at TNO, you work on the challenges of our time.

This is the time for a traineeship

As a trainee:

  • You work for two years in three different locations. You arrange these locations yourself and you can choose from more than 60 departments within TNO.
  • You can switch between different roles and areas of expertise - from project manager to consultant, and from sustainability to safety.
  • You work on your personal and professional development. To do so, we offer a program that includes a coach, peer review and courses. This allows you to discover your talents and ambitions.
  • You have a full-time position with a good salary and excellent employment benefits.
  • You have the prospect of a permanent position at TNO.
