Your role
As a project manager at TNO, you have a versatile role. You manage several projects simultaneously. For each project, you identify the need behind the research question and map out the frameworks and interests of the involved parties. You lead the team, organise and plan the project, ensure progress, monitor the budget, and are responsible for the results. These range from feasibility studies and proofs of concept to prototypes and new ways of working.
Sometimes, you work for a single client. Other times, you lead a project with various stakeholders. At TNO, we bring together companies, public authorities, and knowledge institutions. This requires leadership skills to ensure everyone is on the same page. You lead diverse and multidisciplinary teams of experts because in that way, you achieve results that matter!

At TNO, you contribute to a better world.
