TNO does not keep innovations to itself. We share our social impact with broad and specific target groups so that society can benefit from it. The Marketing & Communications department focuses on (online) marketing, press & media, internal communication, employer branding and public affairs.


Data & Analytics
The Data & Analytics department is responsible for collecting, analysing and transforming business data into valuable strategic insights for TNO that support direct decision-making and business performance. Become part of the central linchpin of the organisation by transforming complex data into understandable dashboards, predictive models and actionable intelligence that enable innovation and efficiency.
Corporate Real Estate & Facilities (CREF)
TNO can be found at various locations, both domestically and abroad. The Corporate Real Estate & Facilities (CREF) department ensures proper operation and (technical) condition of the housing and offers a cost-effective package of facility services. From waste to relocation and from meeting rooms to Arbo, you ensure that all TNO employees can work pleasantly and safely.


Strategy
The Strategy department is responsible for the strategic process of the organisation. The department focuses on supporting the Board of Directors and the unit managements, among other things, in managing an optimal, strongly agenda-setting portfolio aimed at realising impact, making strategic choices substantiated by analyses and supporting the realisation of spin-offs and carve-outs.
Finance, Procurement & Legal (FP&L)
The Finance, Procurement & Legal (FP&L) department is responsible for ensuring transparency and legal compliance in reporting, and also provides information and financial advice to support the decision-making process within TNO. They offer optimal support, advice and insights to help the organisation move forward.
