Internship | internship and campus recruitment

About this position

Do you want to put TNO on the map with our future and current interns? Do you want to contribute to an optimal climate for internships? And would you like to help think about the progression of interns to entry-level positions? Then respond quickly!

What will be your role?

As an intern 'internship and campus recruitment', you will research and analyze the level of satisfaction of our current interns and make suggestions for improvements. You will learn all about TNO's internship process and policy and participate in projects to optimize the flow of trainees into entry-level positions. In addition, you will help develop marketing tools to use at (large) events for students. This way, you get to know TNO very well. You will use the developed tools yourself at events, where you will tell students what it is like to do an internship at TNO. Of course we are also very curious about your experience with and opinion on the existing policy and process, because as an intern you know better than anyone what the target group thinks is important.

Internship and campus recruitment is part of the recruitment team. This team consists of 18 people, mainly recruiters. The team is diverse and the working atmosphere informal. You are supervised by the internship and campus coordinator and have a lot of contact with colleagues from other departments, such as HR and Marketing & Communications. You will work from the head office in The Hague at Anna van Buerenplein, next to The Hague Central Station. Working from home is, of course, also possible.

What we expect from you

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and eager to learn. You are doing a relevant study (e.g. HRM) at college level and enjoy thinking about improvement processes. This is an internship, preferably starting mid-September. Exact starting date in consultation.
