At TNO, you will work on hybrid AI systems that combine the power of machine learning with human expertise. Your role goes beyond technical innovation. As a Consultant AIBAD:

• You engage with clients to uncover the root causes of their problems and challenges, identifying the 'question behind the question.'
• You develop smart advisory models and proof-of-concepts that integrate AI into existing client environments.
• You collaborate with clients and colleagues to analyze complex challenges and translate them into concrete solutions.
• You facilitate collaborations between various parties and lead innovation projects that make an impact in domains such as the labor market or industry.

Whether you're working on making industrial processes more sustainable or developing advisory models for societal challenges, you contribute to AI solutions that truly make a difference.

We are looking for a consultant who can combine technical expertise with strategic insight and views complex problems as a challenge. Your profile:

• A university degree in data science, AI, technical business administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge of or experience with AI technologies, such as Generative AI/LLMs, machine learning, hybrid systems, or probabilistic logic.
• Strong communication skills: You can clearly explain technical topics and guide clients through your solutions.
• Affinity with societal themes such as sustainability, inclusion, and labor market challenges.
• Fluency in both Dutch and English.

Please apply before the 19th of January, 2025. The selection process comprises two interview rounds. The preliminary interview takes place on the 27th of January, 2025. The second interview round has been scheduled for the 30th of January, 2025. In a final meeting we will discuss the terms of employment and your tailored benefits package. We aim to finalize the entire process within four weeks.

A certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required before starting a new job at TNO.
