Mechatronics Engineer Smart Industry | Delft/Hybrid

Want to make your mark on our time? Become a Mechatronics Engineer at TNO in Delft!

What will be your role?

As a Mechatronics Engineer, you work with your colleagues on the development and realization of opto-mechanical and mechatronic prototypes and instruments that can be used for and by companies in the Dutch manufacturing industry. Solutions mainly focus on the robotization of production and integration with digital product design ('Zero Programming'); and on in-line measurement and control in production processes aimed at 'zero defects' production.

The optical and mechanical concepts of your colleagues are complemented by your knowledge of sensors and actuators. You have a strong affinity for hardware and are often found in the lab where you work on building and testing the systems you have helped design. You work in a structured and independent manner within a team, usually on multiple projects simultaneously.
